Recommendations Follow Up Plan
If functional limitations are identified following an analysis of the pre-employment and existing employee medical questionnaire, we will contact you to offer our employment support services.*
This service includes making appointments for a pre-employment medical evaluation and, where applicable, useful recommendations for choosing a clinic, preparing and sending the notice of appointment to the candidate, drafting the mandate for the medical examiner, following-up on the results with the medical examiner, if applicable, and communicating recommendations.
If necessary, a video of the workstation may be requested as well as additional information collected from the employee or employer (like a detailed description of the job requirements) or concerned and targeted organizations may be required.
If the candidate has functional limitations, this service includes identifying reasonable accommodation measures with or without an ergonomic workstation analysis, or possibly closing the candidate’s file. In such a case, you can count on the services of our lawyers who specialize in employment and labour law.
