A classification decision is sent by the CNESST by the end of October.
The classification appeal deadline is 30 days after the classification decision has been rendered.
Periodic payments to Revenu Québec for the insurance premium on salaries paid out during the previous month are due no later than the 15th day of the month.
In January, the CNESST sends out the statement of wages form.
