A classification decision is sent by the CNESST by the end of October.
The classification appeal deadline is 30 days after the classification decision has been rendered.
Periodic payments to Revenu Québec for the insurance premium on salaries paid out during the previous month are due no later than the 15th day of the month.
In January, the CNESST sends out the statement of wages form.
By March 15, insurable earnings paid sent to the CNESST.
By the end of March, the CNESST sends out the notice of assessment based on the salaries reported.
The CNESST sends the periodic payment rate by the end of October.
By April 1st, development of a prevention program by a new employer in the group.
By October 1, the list of employers in a group is filed with the CNESST.
By October 1, the application to remain in a group is filed with the CNESST.
By December 15, application to the CNESST for termination of coverage under the retrospective plan (in order to remain in a group).
By January 1, deadline for terminating an application to form a group.
In September, the CNESST sends the notice of coverage.
By October 1, application for the formation of a group.
By October 1, request for calculation of the second interim adjustment.
By December 15, application for coverage or termination of coverage.
By December 15, choice of limit per injury.
