We only use your personal information for the purposes for which it was collected or obtained, in accordance with the law. In this respect, we apply the principle of minimal right of access, so that only authorised persons can access your personal information.

The retention of your personal information is also limited in time. Once the purposes for which the personal information was collected have been fulfilled, the information is destroyed in a secure manner.



We are committed to ensuring the protection of the personal information you entrust to us by e-mail. If you voluntarily communicate personal or otherwise confidential information by e-mail, we use only the information required to enable our staff to respond to your message or follow up on your request.

You may access the personal information we have about you at any time. You may also request that your personal information be corrected should it be incorrect.

Any request for access or rectification must be addressed to the privacy policy officer. Your request will be processed within the time limits set out in the Act.



This site does not store any permanent cookies on the hard drives of visitors’ computers, only temporary cookies required to improve the performance of certain site functions.



When you access our website, your computer and the website server automatically exchange information. This communication is necessary for the server to transmit data compatible with the computer equipment you are using.

This information is kept and used by Novo for technical and statistical purposes. It is used to count the number of visits, to identify the most frequently visited pages, the technology used by visitors and the referring sites.



Any complaint relating to our confidentiality policy and the protection of your personal information must be sent in writing to the privacy policy officer, stating the reasons for the complaint.

The privacy policy officer will review your complaint. He or she may contact you to obtain further information if required. Once the process is complete, you will be informed whether or not your complaint is valid and what action will be taken.
