Our History
Novo SST (hereinafter referred to as “Novo”) was founded in 2013 to acquire Aon Hewitt Inc.’s safety group practice in Quebec. Using the same resources, Novo has maintained the tradition of excellence, which began with the implementation of safety groups in Quebec in 1998.
As a leader in occupational health and safety (OHS) management, Novo offers a full-range of services to support you and increase your company’s OHS performance. We have created a unique formula through which each company enjoys maximum savings based on its OHS performance, making these among the best performing safety groups in Quebec.
Over time, services have been added to provide full support to clients, including legal services in employment law, OHS training services and a health and wellness at work application. Our clients can benefit from the combined OHS advice from all our experts in order to fulfill all their obligations as employers.
