Accidental Event Investigation and Analysis

See the training

When an accidental event occurs, even if it causes neither injury nor damage, it is always important to determine its causes. In the case of a serious accident, carrying out an investigation is a legal obligation, but it remains just as important in the case of a less serious event. Carrying out an investigation and analyzing an accidental event allows you to determine how and why an accident occurred, as well as to provide and apply recommendations, in order to prevent the incident from happening again.
