This training program focuses on working in a confined space. Confined spaces present numerous hazards that can put workers’ health – and their lives – at risk. These hazards are all too often underestimated; they should never be taken lightly. Employers have a duty to implement hazard prevention and response measures. With a better knowledge of the different types of confined spaces, the procedures to follow when working in a confined space, and the means available to workers to properly respond in the event of an accident, we can all help to promote a safe and healthy work environment.
Employers and employees of companies tasked with working in confined spaces, whether on a regular or an occasional basis.
