Temporary Assignment

See the training

When a work accident hinders a worker’s ability to perform their duties, it is often necessary to allow for a period of rest. However, it is sometimes possible, depending on the injury and pending approval from the attending physician, to reinstate the worker by temporarily modifying their tasks and responsibilities for the duration of their recovery. This is called a temporary assignment. Not only does it help the worker feel useful, motivated and stimulated in an interesting and advantageous way, but it also allows the employer to continue utilizing their resources well, to reduce certain costs generated by work accidents, and to maintain their employee’s good mental health. Ultimately, a temporary assignment works as a constructive and positive solution for everyone!
